La Ménaurie is a delightful stone built, semi-detached cottage located in the heart of the quaint village of St Cernin de l’Herm – so you really are close to the rural French lifestyle!  The cottage itself has a simple interior but has the advantage of a swimming pool, which is shared with the owner. As you would expect there is a great garden with a private terrace and around the pool there is plenty of space for sunbathing. The village location means you are close to some amenities, such as the local bar, and village shop, which are within walking distance. Conveniently situated between the attractive medieval town of Villefranche, just 4km away and the bastide town of Monpazier just 15km away both with a full range of shops and amenities.

N.B: Please note that close to the cottage is a small railway line, however trains are very infrequent
