Beaune - There is a superb covered market in Beaune that sells a whole range of local produce and specialities in addition to one of the last remaining mustard makers, Edmond Fallot on Rue du Fbg-Bretonniére.
Maçon – On the Place des Herbes in Maçon there is a summertime fruit and vegetable market.
Dijon - The Halles central on the market Square off of rue Quentin and rue Bannelier has superb stands of foods and specialities amongst pretty cafes and restaurants. Market runs from 6am every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings and all day Saturday, which carries over into a Bric-a brac in rue Soissons and a clothes market in Place François-Rude.
Sens - has a market near the Place de la Republique in the fine wood and iron Halles. (Monday, Friday & Saturday).
Auxerre – A market is held on the Place l’Arqubuse on Tuesday and Friday mornings and another off of the rue du Temple on Wednesday mornings.
Chablis – A typical Burgundian market is held every Sunday morning.
