Bistro des Grands Crus - in Chablis, serves a reasonably priced local menu of speciality dishes such as snails (escargot).
Le Gouramandin - in Beaune is a bistro, which has a plethora of duck dishes. It also boasts an interior patio with glass roof.
Le Pré aux Clercs - in Dijon is centrally situated on the Place de la Libération, this restaurant is stylish and serves a superb menu including dishes such as Langoustine in a sherry vinaigrette and pain d’epices ice-cream.
Le Soleil Levant - is situated on the rue Emile-Zola in Sens and specialises primarily in seafood.
