Domaine des Hauts de Loire - Situated on the Route de Herbault, in Onzain, this lovely restaurant is set within the Hotel. An old Hunting Lodge in the centre of the Loire valley, the restaurant also boasts two-Michelin-stars. The dishes are superb, some examples are; risotto of pearl barley and chives, amuses-bouche of lobster and tomato salad and lightly smoked sea bass in a delicate saffron sauce with leeks.
