There are good restaurants scattered throughout Nice which all cater for a variety of tastes and budgets. Along the port there is an excellent selection of fish restaurants, although these can be a little pricey. The pedestrianised area of rue Masséna is full of bars, ice cream shops and fast food outlets and the area of Vieux Nice also has a wide selection of restaurants.
