Eiffel Tower

No intro needed, though rather than climb the Eiffel Tower, you get a better, cheaper and less congested view of things by getting a lift up the Montparnasse Tower.

Place d’Etoile + Arc de Triomphe

Another must-see Parisian landmark. Leave the Metro here and stroll down the Champs Elysées to the Place de La Concorde, before crossing the Jardins de Tuileries to the Musée du Louvre.

Notre Dame Cathedral – Busy with tourists but no less impressive for that.

Jardin du Luxembourg – ideal for strolling hand in hand and feeling that you are escaping the crowds among the urban greenery.

Sacre Cœur at Montmartre – Take the funicular or walk the steep steps to see the stunning cathedral and equally stunning views of the whole city.
