Much more than just fantastic Champagne
The speciality of Reims is the biscuit rose de Reims, a crunchy pink biscuit, created for dunking into a flute of champagne. Reims is known for it’s mustard and wine vinegar, both usually flavoured with champagne.
Reims ham – pickle cured shoulder of ham, cooked and seasoned with champagne, and covered with breadcrumbs.
Ratafia – champagne based aperitif.
Eaux-de-vie – Rousselet pear brandy.
